🤝 Sponsor Frank's Facts

A classic incandescent lightbulb — a bright idea, sponsoring the almanac

So you run a business, and you'd like the internet's most curious people to know about it. Good news: you have found the internet's most curious people. They arrive here every week, on purpose, to learn things. Frank can introduce you.

This page explains what sponsoring Frank's Facts is, what it isn't, and how to get started. Frank believes in plain dealing, so it's all written out below in plain English. No sales funnel, no "book a discovery call." Just read the page and write to Frank.

🔍 Why Sponsor the Almanac?

Most advertising is shouting at people who are trying to walk past you. Sponsoring Frank's Facts is different, because the audience is different:

  • They are intensely curious. Nobody stumbles into a fact almanac. Every reader signed up because they genuinely like learning things — the kind of person who reads the plaque, the footnote, and yes, the sponsor blurb.
  • They read every word. Frank's Five takes three minutes, and readers take all three. It arrives every Friday and gets opened like a small weekly parcel, not skimmed like a flyer.
  • They trust Frank. Frank has spent years checking facts twice and filing them once. When Frank says a sponsor is worth your attention, that sentence carries the weight of the whole seal up top.

📜 What a Sponsorship Is

A sponsorship of Frank's Facts is exactly two things:

You getThe details
One tasteful text blurbA short written notice at the top of one Friday issue of Frank's Five, written by Frank or approved by Frank, introducing your business to every reader. Plain words, honestly stated, clearly marked as the week's sponsor.
A thank-you listingYour business named with gratitude in the "Current & Past Sponsors" box on this very page, for the whole internet to see.

And here is what will never be part of it: NO pop-ups. NO banner farms. NO tracking pixels. Frank has standards, and the standards are not for sale. Your blurb sits at the top of the issue like a respectable notice in a respectable almanac, and that's the whole show.

🚫 What a Sponsorship Isn't

Frank will not endorse anything he wouldn't use himself. If your product is baloney, Frank will say no thank you, politely, and mean it. Frank also won't run blurbs that overpromise, mislead, or lean on the word "revolutionary" — the readers came here for true things, and the sponsorship is held to the same standard as the facts.

A sponsorship is not an endorsement-for-hire, not a data deal, and not a way to get your logo blinking in the sidebar. If that's what you're after, there are plenty of other websites, and Frank wishes them well from a distance.

⚙️ How It Works

  • Write for rates. Use the form below or email frank@franksfacts.com, and Frank will send you the current rate card.
  • Sponsorships are sold by the issue. One Friday, one issue, one price. Book one issue or a run of them.
  • One sponsor per issue, no exceptions. Your blurb never shares the stage. When it's your Friday, it's your Friday.
  • Frank writes or approves every blurb. You can draft it yourself or let Frank draft it for you; either way it goes out sounding honest, because it will be.
🏅 Current & Past Sponsors
Charter sponsorships are open now. This box is waiting for its first names, which means the businesses that step up early get to be charter sponsors of Frank's Facts — listed here permanently, with Frank's permanent gratitude. History remembers who showed up first. Ask the folks who backed the almanacs of old.

✉️ Send Frank an Inquiry

Tell Frank who you are and what you make. He reads every inquiry himself and replies within 1–2 business days, usually with the rate card and a question or two.

Prefer plain email? Write to frank@franksfacts.com with the subject "Sponsorship." Same Frank either way.
